What's a Collaboration Credit?
The solution to per-user/time licensing for real collaboration
Every month, 50 collaboration credits are added to your account.
When you share a model with someone, they can collaborate immediately. As the model owner, you can watch these collaborations as a "virtual branch" overlaid onto your shared model. They make all the changes they want, your model isn't changed until you accept their proposals. This is like "track changes" in popular document editing software.
When you accept the collaborating user's changes, 1 Collaboration Credit will be consumed from your account. This "merges" their changes into the model.
Who can you collaborate with? Anyone you share the link with can collaborate on a model.
How long can a user comment and collaborate on a model? Until the model owner accepts the changes, no credit is consumed.
For a smaller organization with 1 primary data modeler and several teams with routine collaborators, 50 credits is often more than enough.
Do Collaboration Credits Accrue? Yes.
What's a referral credit?
If you share a model with someone and they become a Pro user, a credit of $10 will be applied to your next monthly bill.
Note: you may accrue referral credits without limit and they will be applied to your account against future months' invoices.
